How do I organise for shipping of my item?
There are three shipping instructions listed below: (i) local deliveries within the United Kingdom, (ii) international shipments to the United Kingdom, and (iii) international shipments. The steps and information below are important to follow to prevent any issues and delays with shipment.
i. For local deliveries within the United Kingdom, use the shipping details below.

For all international shipments to the United Kingdom, please note that you will need to list The Place to be Gallery as the consignee/import tax payer of the shipment so that any payable taxes will be paid by the consignee (i.e. The Place to be Gallery) and not be charged to the client. The Place to be Gallery will pay any taxes for a United Kingdom shipment on behalf of the local client.
iii. For international shipments, use the shipping details below.

For all shipments, please ensure that shipping insurance is included for the full product price.
Please note that the client will pay The Place to be Gallery for the shipping costs. We will then reimburse you for the shipping cost along with the payment of the Product.
Return Policy
All sales are final. If you are unsure of any details on the product, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team via email!
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send it to admin@theplacetobegallery.com along with your order number. You will receive an email reply from us within 3-5 working days with information on next steps.
About Me
What is the Condition Check process?
A condition check is a process where we verify if the product is in good condition for a sale before it is shipped to the customers. The condition check will need to be done before and after the item has been packed. Once we have confirmed that the item is in good condition, we will then inform you via email to proceed to pack and prepare the product for shipping.
You will receive an email from us notifying you that your product has been sold.
We will then need to proceed with our condition check steps of the product.
You will be notified through email to submit the images of the product for our condition check via email to The Place to be Gallery as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you need more than 1 working day to submit these images.
Step 1: Condition Check
Before packing and shipping your artwork or design item, you will need to send 5 high-resolution images of your item and an image of the Certificate of Authenticity to The Place to be Gallery’s team for our condition check. The list of required images are as follows:
Full front view
Full back view
Left-side view
Right-side view
Detailed close-up shots
You can submit these images via email to The Place to be Gallery.
Step 2: Packed Item Condition Check
Once the Step 1 condition check images have been reviewed by our team, you will be notified via email to proceed with the condition check of your packed product.
You will then need to submit the images of the packed product via email to The Place to be Gallery as soon as possible.
Please let us know if you need more than 1 working day to submit these images.
Our team will review these images and you will be notified through email if the images are approved, or if we have any questions or concerns.
